Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information along with required documents. It is the applicant's duty to comply with timelines prescribed by the Embassy of India and other relevant authorities. Applications must include original passports, recent photographs (not older than two months), and photocopies of supporting documents, as per Embassy guidelines.


Visa and Consular Services

Final decisions regarding visa issuance or consular services are solely at the discretion of the Embassy. Bahrain ICAC facilitates application submission but does not influence the approval or rejection process. Bahrain ICAC assumes no responsibility for delays or refusals by the authorities.


Limitation of Liability

Use of our website and services is at the applicant's own risk. Bahrain ICAC disclaims liability for any delays, technical errors, or outcomes resulting from embassy decisions. The applicant acknowledges that final decisions rest with the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.

(a) Order and Contract: A service contract is confirmed only upon Bahrain ICAC issuing a service confirmation email.

(b) Pricing: Service prices may change and are subject to correction if errors are found. In case of discrepancy, applicants will be informed and can choose to continue or cancel.

(c) Payment: Payments must be made using valid cards or approved methods. Applicants confirm authorization and adequate funds when placing an order.

(d) Refunds: Cancellations prior to submission to the Embassy may be refunded (less processing/bank charges). No refunds are given post-submission. Refunds are issued to the primary applicant only.


Liability Disclaimer

All content on this site is provided without guarantees. Bahrain ICAC is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or associated services. Legal obligations for fraud, death, or injury caused by negligence are not excluded.

Fraudulent Recruitment Warning

Bahrain ICAC does not offer employment or recruitment services. Any such communication requesting money or job offers should be treated as fraudulent. Official communication only originates from Bahrain ICAC-authorised channels.


Refund Policy for Service and Optional Fees

  • Refunds allowed if service not availed and cancellation is informed in advance.

  • Refunds processed for duplicate/excess payments with valid proof.

  • No refunds for services already availed.

  • Refunds of Government fees processed after deducting bank/agency charges.

  • Refunds processed in accordance with local tax and financial regulations.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Embassy of India in Bahrain. Jurisdiction lies with courts having authority over matters involving Indian consular services in Bahrain.


Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Bahrain ICAC.
