Purpose of Passport Extract
- Submission to the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Ministry of Health, or immigration authorities
- For legalization or attestation purposes
- For visa, education, employment, or residency documentation
- Other official or personal requirements where passport particulars are needed in official letter format.
- Visit the Indian Passport & Visa Application Centre (IVAC) or Embassy with required documents.
- Fill and submit the passport extract application form.
- Pay the applicable service fee.
- The Embassy will verify your passport record.
- A signed and stamped extract letter will be issued on official letterhead.
